Case presentation: We report an 87-years old huntsman with unilateral phrenic nerve palsy as a consequence of Lyme neuroborreliosis. Conclusion: Although Lyme neuroborreliosis is a rare cause of diaphragmatic weakness, it should be considered in the differential workup because of its potentially treatable nature.CC BY 2.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0Unilateral phrenic nerve lesion in Lyme neuroborreliosisjournal_article10.1186/1471-2466-13-423327473000314917900001https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gs-1/8527
