Complete genome sequence of the lipase producing strain Burkholderia glumae PG1

Abstract

The Gram-negative proteobacterium Burkholderia glumae PG1 produces a lipase of biotechnological interest, which is used for the production of enantiopure pharmaceuticals. In order to better understand the underlying mechanisms and provide a basis for further studies, we present here the complete genome sequence of B. glumae PG1. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V.
